- Inquiry Stage: Discuss the initial phase where customers express interest in products/services based on their interest or requirement.
- Quotation: The sales department creates a quotation for the customer with the required material and their cost. Explain the detailed pricing and product information for customers.
- Sales Order Creation: based on the quotation the customer prepares a purchase order and sends it to the sales department. Based on the purchased order sales department creates a sales order and sends it to the customer. Detail the creation of sales orders, defining specifics like delivery dates and quantities.
- Delivery Processing: Based on the sales order we pick the goods from the warehouse pack them with the handling unit (Box papers) and transfer or shift them to the customer or shift to the party address. Highlight the process of picking, packing, and preparing goods for delivery.
- Billing: Post-successful delivery against delivery we prepare a billing document (invoice) and send it to the customer.
